Ms. Florence Khor is a French qualified psychologist specialized in overeating, binge eating and weight management.

She founded the website SerenAlim to help you find balance and peace with your eating habits and with your body. To help you regain peace and enhance your self-esteem, she uses coaching programs based on Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (CBT).

She is pleased to offer her services in both English and French through online consultations. Currently based in Dublin, she is accessible to clients worldwide.

Ce coaching a aidé notre couple à surmonter les difficultés liées à mon rapport à l’alimentation. Ma boulimie a failli mettre en péril mon couple.
